My Dodge Ram truck was getting serviced for 9 weeks at Autoland. Every 3 weeks that would call and tell me the truck was ready for pick up. Each time they drove the truck out of the service Dept. something else was wrong with it. Please check your security cameras to see which one of your employees took a box of tissues from my rear window, are you not paying these people enough that they have to steal from your customers. I noticed that the tissues were missing after picking my vehicle up and reaching home .

Angelina in service delivered again. Out of nowhere, my Jeep threw a check engine light and she had me bring the car right in for service. She clearly explained that it might take a few days to get the car looked at, kept me in the loop each day, and never left me wondering what was going on. Once again the Autoland Jeep service department provided exemplary service of the highest quality when they addressed my wife's concerns with her transmission issues in her Jeep Grand Cherokee. And the very best service advisor in the business, Angelina Matovski, provided her usual personal and amazing care. This is the only jeep service department I will go to.

very courteous and professional service. Had recall work done on my Grand Cherokee 4xe, everything was done within a day. Additionally, while doing the work, the service technician found a problem with the transfer case and fixed that as part of warranty service. Highly recommend.

I was visiting family in NJ and the car would not start Saturday morning due to battery issues. We were heading home to NC on Sunday. They went out of their way to get the car in and the batteries replaced on Saturday. Knolan was extremely helpful explaining the diagnostic and repair process.
